You don't owe anyone anything because nothing is demanded promised or vowed.

Self awareness is the nature of paying it forward not back by living in the gray without record of the black and white contrast of selfish indulgence and selfless denial regarding everything as a spectrum of experience described through a myriad of lenses both self and other are seen as same in the wholeness of unified being this is the truth of existing.
Which means you don't have to do anything you don't want to do, instead be yourself without performing on command.

Remember
Self aware people are free to be themselves because they pay it forward without expecting anything in return. The innocence of existing within faith hope and love liberates you to be you.
What follows is humble obedience to your core convictions from an honest heart and a clear conscience finding contentment in self fulfillment by belonging entirely to who you are here and now in this present moment without complaint.

 Simply
Self awareness is being yourself without owing anyone anything by paying it forward not back and expecting nothing in return because authenticity is a reasonable expectation of existence without resentment.

Heavy is life, light are we navigating the true way of corporeal reality. Light is an interesting word, often thought of as being the opposite of heavy, but is that what lighter things are?
